decription: the user forms energy into his or her katana as it begind glow all different colours of all the elements of, fire, water, earth, thunder/lighting,earth/rock. then user the cane sends volleys of balls or beams of any of these elements to the opponent.

no offence but we dont want noobs throwing fire balls from there katana at lkvl one and shit so i will do approving of magic and a spell lvl must be explained....
